Eligible for Return/Refund
- You received a damaged product• You received a wrong item
- You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- You provide clear photos/videos
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or consumed products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address
- Delayed delivery by courier
Refund Process
- Once approved, refund is processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
